Once your air-conditioning enquiry lands with us, our team will review the details and photos you've provided to work out the right system, installation requirements and next step.
We’ll look over your room details, photos, proposed indoor and outdoor locations, switchboard and any information you've provided about the system.
We’ll assess the installation and, where required, help determine a suitable system for the space. Where possible, we’ll prepare your quote from the information provided — if we need a site visit or a few more details, we’ll let you know.
Once your quote is approved, we’ll arrange a suitable time for the BESS team to complete the installation, electrical works, testing and commissioning.
