Bailey Electrical & Security Services (BESS) was founded by Ethan and Ashleigh Bailey with a simple goal — to build an electrical company known for quality workmanship, honest communication and genuine customer service.
What began as Ethan independently taking on work throughout Perth quickly grew through word of mouth, repeat clients and a reputation for reliability. Since then, BESS has evolved into a trusted electrical contractor servicing residential, commercial and industrial clients across Perth and regional Western Australia.
Today, BESS delivers a wide range of electrical and security solutions, from residential maintenance and air conditioning installations through to large-scale commercial projects, industrial maintenance and specialised electrical works. Our team takes pride in providing practical, compliant and long-lasting solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

Ethan Bailey, Director of BESS, is a qualified electrician with extensive hands-on experience across residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Beginning his career on the tools, Ethan developed a strong understanding of not only electrical systems, but also the importance of workmanship, safety and customer trust.
His practical knowledge, leadership and attention to detail continue to shape the culture of BESS today. Ethan remains heavily involved in operations and project delivery, ensuring every job is completed to a high standard and in line with both client expectations and industry requirements.
Alongside Ethan, Ashleigh Bailey leads the operational and strategic side of the business. With a strong background in administration, retail management, marketing and customer experience, Ashleigh has played a key role in the company’s rapid growth and systems development. From customer communication and scheduling through to branding, process improvement and team support, her focus is on creating a professional and seamless experience for every client.
